Project Details
This lake front villa is conceived as a refined dialogue between nature and architecture, where contemporary clarity is softened by rustic textures and subtle ethnic influences. The interior composition is grounded in a warm, tactile material palette natural wood paneling, layered stone walls, and soft mineral surfaces, creating a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere. Verticality and openness are emphasized through double-height spaces and expansive glazing, allowing natural light to filter through sheer curtains and constantly reconnect the interior with the lake beyond. Carefully curated elements, such as patterned screens, artisanal textiles, and sculptural decor, introduce an ethnic narrative that enriches the otherwise clean architectural language.
At the heart of the living space, a two-sided fireplace becomes both a functional and emotional anchor, seamlessly connecting the interior lounge with the external patio. This feature reinforces the continuity between inside and outside, extending the living experience into the landscape. The mood throughout is intimate yet elevated, where modern minimal lines coexist with handcrafted warmth, and where every detail, from bespoke lighting to layered materials, contributes to a cohesive, inviting environment designed for both retreat and social living.
