This beach apartment is conceived as a refined, monolithic retreat where architecture and materiality merge into a continuous, calming envelope. The use of micro cement resin across both floors and walls creates a seamless, tactile surface that enhances spatial fluidity while reflecting natural light with a soft, diffused glow. The design language is defined by clean geometries, sculptural volumes, and gentle curves—most notably in the arched niches and custom-built elements—which introduce a quiet architectural rhythm throughout the space. The palette remains intentionally restrained, layering warm neutrals, soft beiges, and muted earth tones to evoke a sense of serenity and coastal stillness.
The mood is understated yet sophisticated, balancing minimalism with warmth through the integration of natural wood, linen textures, and handcrafted decorative elements.
